What You Will Be Doing
This position is responsible for planning, negotiating, implementing, monitoring, and managing procurements, contracts, amendments, and/or interagency agreements for CoBEES to ensure effective delivery of goods and services, and ensures the financial stewardship of contract financials. This includes monitoring contract compliance and/or contract financial performance to verify contract terms, services to be provided, payment schedules, and contract and/or payment process; administering contract compliance and performance requirements; evaluating overall vendor performance; researching and compiling competitive pricing comparisons; and analyzing data and preparing reports and recommendations.

Years Of Experience
Seven (7) years of professional experience in contracting or procurement, which included monitoring and ensuring contractor performance and compliance, drafting solicitations, vendor selection, strategic sourcing, contract writing, management, and/or negotiation.
OR
Education And Experience
A combination of related education: graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field of study and experience in contracting or procurement, which included monitoring and ensuring contractor performance and compliance, drafting solicitations, vendor selection, strategic sourcing, contract writing, management, and/or negotiation totally seven (7) years.

Employment history is calculated on a full-time basis (40/hrs per week). Part-time employment is calculated on a prorated basis to determine qualifications. If listed, answer all supplemental questions, as your answers to these questions will be evaluated during this phase. Provide at least 4-8 sentences for each supplemental question.
