We are looking for a motivated automotive professional with sales and F&I experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to maximize income without layers of management slowing things down.
Our dealership has a large and growing Spanish-speaking customer base, and bilingual communication skills are highly valued. If you can confidently connect with both English and Spanish-speaking customers, this is a major opportunity to build repeat business and referrals.

Compensation & Benefits

What We’re Looking For
- Automotive sales experience required
- F&I experience strongly preferred
- Ability to structure deals and work approvals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with sub-prime/special finance is a plus
- Professional paperwork and organizational skills
- Proven CSI/SSI performance
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
