Role Description

We are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our presence within the Wisconsin territory. This is an on-site, full-time leadership role focused on driving revenue growth and cultivating high-level manufacturer and client relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing territory-specific sales strategies, meeting aggressive sales targets, and overseeing regional sales operations to ensure total alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Territory Management: Drive growth and market share within the Wisconsin region by identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing accounts.
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute data-driven sales plans to meet or exceed regional revenue targets.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with clients and manufacturers.
• Team Oversight: Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve peak performance and professional development.
• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
• Financial Accountability: Manage regional budgets, optimize resources, and ensure all financial goals are met.

• Experience: Previous experience in a sales management role is highly desirable.
