Position summary
Axis Medical is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow business across Mississippi and the Memphis, Tennessee area. This role is designed for a motivated, mission-focused seller with grit, strong business development instincts, and the willingness to go create opportunities in the field. This is not a sit-back-and-manage-accounts role.
Responsibilities
• Prospect and develop new business within hospitals, surgery centers, and other healthcare accounts
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
• Identify projects, create opportunities, and move deals through the sales cycle
• Manage a healthy pipeline and maintain strong CRM discipline
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, product presentations, and follow-up
• Collaborate with internal leadership and team members to support customer needs
• Represent Axis Medical with professionalism, urgency, and accountability
Qualifications
• 3 to 7 years of B2B sales experience or 2 to 5 years of medical device sales experience
• Preferred experience in medical device sales, healthcare sales, capital equipment sales, or hospital selling environments
• Strong prospecting skills and willingness to hunt for new business
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through

Compensation
Year one compensation is structured as $50,000 in base salary plus up to $30,000 in QBR incentives, for total at-plan earnings of $80,000. Health Insurance, Car Stipend, and Cell phone provided in this W2 role.
