The Opportunity
We’re looking for an eCommerce & Marketing Associate to drive revenue and engagement across all owned digital channels, including our DTC website, Shopify platforms, and wholesale portal. This role owns email and SMS execution, supports site merchandising and optimizes campaigns across channels to meet sales goals.
You’ll partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Product, Operations, and Customer Service teams to deliver timely, high performing, on brand digital experiences.
What You’ll Own
Website & Shopify Management
Manage day-to-day updates for the DTC website, Shopify instances, and wholesale portal, ensuring all content is accurate, current, and aligned with brand and promotional priorities.
Support product launches, assortment updates, and seasonal refreshes across digital platforms.
Execute site merchandising, navigation updates, and promotional placements to optimize conversion.
Email & SMS Marketing
Own execution of email and SMS marketing campaigns, including promotional, lifecycle, and transactional messaging.
Build, schedule, and deploy on-brand campaigns in alignment with marketing calendar, promotional strategy and sales objectives.
Maintain organized and accurate campaign documentation and calendars.
Content Management & Accuracy
Ensure all digital content is accurate, on brand and launched on time across channels.
Partner with Creative and Product teams to develop and implement assets. Audit, optimize and ensure consistency and accuracy across website, email, SMS, and emerging channels, including TikTok Shop.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor performance of digital campaigns against sales and engagement goals.
Support reporting on revenue, campaign results and key metrics.
Apply insights to optimize future campaigns and performance.
Customer Experience & Reviews
Act as liaison with Customer Service to align on promotions, product issues and customer feedback.
Support management of Bazaarvoice reviews to ensure content is current and effectively leveraged.
Qualifications
Education
Required: Bachelor’s in Marketing /Communications /Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Technical & Computer Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce, or CRM marketing
- Proficient in Shopify (product set-up, merchandising, navigation updates and promotions) and DTC website management.
- Experience with email and SMS marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or similar tools.
- Familiarity with CMS tools and basic HTML/CSS for content updates and troubleshooting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis and campaign tracking.
- Knowledge of Bazaarvoice and TikTok Shop.
Additional Skills & Attributes
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency and on-time execution across multiple digital channels.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, calendars, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Collaborative team player with experience working cross-functionally.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented eCommerce environment.
