You will play a key role in expanding access to maternal and family healthcare services in a growing, community-focused organization.

What You Will Be Doing

·      Provide full-spectrum family medicine, including wellness exams, chronic disease management, urgent care, and minor procedures

·      Deliver comprehensive obstetric care including prenatal visits, labor management, deliveries, and postpartum follow-up

·      Perform vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections if credentialed

·      Provide newborn care and pediatric services as part of family-centered care

·      Collaborate with midwives, nurses, specialists, and care teams to ensure coordinated care

·      Educate patients and families on preventive care, prenatal health, and postpartum wellness

·      Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered care programs

·      Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record

·      Participate in call rotations, including hospital coverage for labor and deliveries

The Ideal Candidate

·      Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine

·      Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency

·      Demonstrated competency or additional training in Obstetrics

·      Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

·      Active and unrestricted Florida Medical License

·      Eligible for hospital privileges

·      Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills

·      Ability to perform in high-pressure and emergency situations

·      Passion for serving diverse and underserved populations

·      Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term patient relationships

Preferred:

Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics

Bilingual proficiency
