Job Description:

PTR-Precision Technologies, Inc. is a member of the Global Beam Technologies group, the largest manufacturer of electron beam welding and drilling systems in the world. PTR manufactures Electron Beam Welding Systems for the North American market and provides process development, service, training and job shop EB welding services at our Enfield, CT plant.

PTR-Precision Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Crib Attendant to support the PTR’s Manufacturing division with responsibility for the following:

· Coordinate order activity with all departments

· Participate in meetings as required

· Read and understand Blueprints

· Provide parts support

· Tracking parts inventory

· Conduct cycle counts as required and maintain records

· Maintain inventory files

· Interact efficiently with accounting and purchasing departments

· Be proficient in Syteline MRP

· Maintain Production Control Jobs Report for Work in Progress (WIP)

· Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and good hand-eye coordination

· Be able to operate a forklift

· Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)

· Load, unload, and move materials, equipment, and supplies

· Performs other duties as necessary or assigned

High school diploma or equivalent; must be a self-starter with excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle rapidly changing priorities. Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must!

Pay: $29.00 – $33.00 per hour
