We re supporting a leading, globally-renowned healthcare and research organization that s looking to bring in a on a full-time, permanent basis to lead their Prism Analytics capability.

This is a mission-driven organization where your work will directly contribute to life-changing research, including efforts to find cures for diseases such as cancer.

They are continuing to evolve their Workday platform post-go-live, with a strong focus on expanding their data and analytics capabilities. This is a highly visible, enterprise-level role where you ll combine hands-on Prism development with architectural ownership – designing and building data pipelines, shaping data models, and enabling scalable, secure analytics across the business.

You ll work cross-functionally with reporting, integration, and functional teams, playing a key role in shaping how data is structured, governed, and consumed across Workday and beyond.

This is a 100% remote role, open to candidates across the US, working EST hours.

Deep Workday Prism Analytics expertise (pipelines, datasets, transformations, security)
Proven experience both architecting and hands-on building Prism solutions/use cases
Strong understanding of Workday data structures, reporting, and calculated fields
Experience with data modelling, ETL, and integrating external data into Workday
Ability to define standards, governance, and best practices across Prism development
Strong stakeholder collaboration across technical and functional teams
