Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients according to recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
• Support cooking processes by following instructions from chefs or kitchen managers to deliver high-quality dishes
• Handle food handling duties safely, including proper storage, labeling, and sanitation practices
• Bus tables and clear dishes promptly to maintain a clean dining environment
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health standards and safety guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver excellent guest services and hospitality

Experience

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
• Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety standards is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper sanitation practices is necessary for success in this role
• Customer service experience is preferred
