Entry Level Technician
***No experience needed; ALL TRAINING will be provided by Sky Testing***
We are seeking Entry Level Technicians to join our non-destructive testing (NDT) team in Westbury, NY. As an Entry Level Technician, you will support and learn from Certified NDT Technicians giving you the opportunity to grow within a dynamic work environment. This position offers a valuable opportunity for individuals interested in starting a career in the technical field. We are looking to hire immediately. Pay starts at $21/hour, however the potential for growth is huge in our company, as we have technicians making over $30/hour. I have attached a link below to our website, which will explain further what our company is about.
Description:
- Support Certified Technicians with non-destructive testing and reporting.
- Complete training and pass testing to become qualified to work on jobsites.
- Load, unload, set-up and breakdown equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols.
- Drive work trucks to various job sites.
Requirements:
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Reliable with a positive attitude.
- Ability to understand and follow guidelines
- The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand/walk/sit for long periods of time
- Attend training and pass testing to obtain qualifications to work on job sites
- Available for OT and weekend hours.
