Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Head – FMCG, located in Delhi, OH. The Business Head will be responsible for strategically planning and executing business growth initiatives, managing operations, and leading cross-functional teams. Core responsibilities include driving revenue growth, developing partnerships, managing budgets, ensuring operational consistency, and overseeing market expansion strategies. This individual will also mentor and develop managerial talent in alignment with organizational goals, while driving innovation to ensure long-term sustainability and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills, team management, and the ability to mentor and develop individuals
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in business development, market analysis, and operational excellence
• Comprehensive understanding of the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector
• Proficiency in identifying growth opportunities and building strategic partnerships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet financial targets and manage budgets effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience in implementing innovative strategies to adapt to dynamic market trends
• Passion for leadership development and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration

• 15+ years in FMCG Sales (Food Category preferred)
• Currently / Recently worked as NSM – India (last 3–4 years)
• Strong exposure to GT & MT channels
• Proven track record of business growth & team leadership

💰 Compensation

• CTC: ₹48 Lakhs per annum
