Role Description

This is a remote, full-time role for a Senior Vice President of Operations. The role includes overseeing operational strategies to drive efficiency and growth, managing profit and loss (P&L) to ensure financial performance, and devising plans to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include developing and executing long-term strategic plans and leading large-scale projects with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

• Strong background in Strategic Planning and Project Management
• Proven experience in enhancing Customer Service and operational processes
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
• Familiarity with technology-driven solutions and innovation is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA or equivalent is preferred)
