Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift (Ability to work OT and Weekends as needed)

HB Staffing is seeking an Elections Aide to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Maintain files, assist with data entry, and check signatures.
• Answer phones and assist patrons in person.
• Review, verify, sort, and scan documents related to election operations.
• Assist with adjudication, ballot checking, duplication, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Proficient with computers, including the ability to use Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and stay focused.
