Experienced Drain Field Technician (WOSSA O&M Level 2)

Location: Auburn, WA
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00/hr (DOE)

We’re looking for a skilled Drain Field Technician who can confidently diagnose, maintain, and repair on-site sewage systems while working safely and efficiently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair drain fields and septic system components
• Perform property sale inspections and routine system evaluations
• Operate excavation equipment (mini excavators, etc.)
• Complete required documentation and submit reports via OnlineRME
• Communicate effectively with crew members and leadership

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of drain field experience
• WOSSA O&M Level 2 Certification
• Valid CDL A and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Consent to FMCSA Clearinghouse queries
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in field conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• OSM Certification (O&M Level 2)
• Experience with ServiceTitan
• Excavation and heavy equipment experience

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ year of verifiable experience working with drain fields

  WOSSA O&M Level 2 Certification
