Job Summary
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Pneumatic Powder Hauler Doubles, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and safe transportation of powdered materials within our production facilities. This energetic position involves operating specialized pneumatic conveying equipment to move powders seamlessly through the manufacturing process. You will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity while supporting various fabrication and materials handling tasks. Duties
- Operate pneumatic powder hauling systems with precision, ensuring consistent flow of powders through pipelines and conveying equipment
- Monitor and adjust controls using PNEUMATIC AIR SYSTEMS to optimize material movement and system performance
- Conduct routine inspections of pneumatic conveying machinery, including filters, valves, and pressure gauges, to maintain optimal operation
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment, including cleaning filters, replacing worn parts, and troubleshooting mechanical issues using mechanical knowledge
- Follow lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste, improve workflow, and enhance overall production efficiency
Experience
Driving with CDL and doubles endorsments will trian the driver to operate the pneumatic trailer.
