Role Overview:
We are hiring a full-time Full Cycle Account Executive to own the sales process end to end, from outbound pipeline generation through close and expansion, supporting revenue growth across our target markets. This role is remote (or hybrid, depending on candidate location).
The position focuses on sourcing and qualifying high-quality opportunities, running discovery and sales conversations, closing new business, and building long-term customer relationships. You’ll use modern sales tools to accelerate outreach, then refine your messaging into effective, personalized communication that resonates with operators, founders, and leadership teams. You’ll experiment with channel strategy, cadence, targeting, and talk tracks while playing a key role in shaping a sales culture built on clarity, urgency, consistency, and trust by design.
Who We’re Looking For:
*Prior experience at companies like Brex, Ramp, or similar B2B fintech platforms is required
Salespeople who genuinely care about solving operational and workflow problems for growing companies and are comfortable selling into Ops, RevOps, Finance, HR, and Founder or Executive roles at SMB and mid-market companies.
You should be hands-on across the full sales lifecycle, including outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, running discovery, managing deal cycles through close, and supporting post-close expansion opportunities when needed.
You use sales automation tools daily but also know how to personalize to decision-makers, manage objections, run structured sales conversations, and convert interest into closed business.
You operate with a builder mindset, bias for action, and strong communication.
Experience selling fintech, payments, invoicing tools, proptech solutions, or other high-ticket or retainer-based offerings is strongly preferred.
