Entry Level Enrollment Representative Full Time NEW

Zeno Management, Inc. is looking for an Entry Level Enrollment Representative who sees the big picture: fiber internet changes lives, and you get to be the guide. Based in our Milwaukee office, the Entry Level Enrollment Representative will work directly with customers, walking them through the benefits of AT&T Fiber and handling their enrollment from start to finish.

As an Entry Level Enrollment Representative, you will resolve connectivity concerns through live demonstrations of AT&T Fiber’s real-world performance, right in their living rooms. This position requires the Entry Level Enrollment Representative to guide every customer through the enrollment process with care and precision.

Core Functions of the Entry Level Enrollment Representative

• Meet with customers to walk them through available AT&T Fiber service options and help them get started with the setup process
• Assist customers with completing account enrollment and make sure their information is submitted correctly
• Keep track of customer accounts and any pending requests so everything stays organized and up to date
• Follow up with customers after their setup to make sure everything is working well and answer any questions
• Work alongside team members to help more residents learn about and get connected to AT&T Fiber

Education & Experience Needed for the Entry Level Enrollment Representative

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in client service or enrollment is helpful but not required.

• Explains AT&T Fiber plans clearly to drive confident enrollments.
• Adapts client service style to different client personalities during enrollment.
• Converts interest into completed enrollments through persuasive guidance.

Pay: $49,664.54 – $59,811.05 per year
