Role: Data Architect-Healthcare (Onsite Interview)
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Required Skills:
Expertise in Data Architecture, databases, and cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS etc.)
In-depth knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CCDs, HIE, USCDI-US Core etc.). SQL and NoSQL databases, PySpark and Python.
Experience with data modeling tools like Erwin.
Integration tools: Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Kafka, IBM DataStage, Informatica etc.
Understanding of business intelligence (BI) and analytics platforms.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement Integrated, scalable, efficient, and secure data systems for storing, processing, to support healthcare analytics and data driven decision making.
Design and implement scalable, flexible, and secure interoperability solutions aligned to USCDI-US Core compliant.
Develop and maintain data models (logical, physical and conceptual) that support healthcare-specific requirements (Clinical, Claims, Member, Provider, EHR etc.) and other data architecture artifacts.
Evaluate and recommend data management technologies, platforms, frameworks, and methodologies that optimize data collection and integration for healthcare applications.
Oversee the implementation of data governance policies to ensure data integrity, quality, security, and compliance and other relevant healthcare regulations to protect sensitive patient information with HIPAA standards.
