Role Description

This is a contract role for a Virtual Customer Service Representative (CSR) at FX2 Virtual Impact.

FX2 Virtual is recruiting for Virtual Customer Service Representatives (Contractors).

• This is a 6-month project with a possibility for an extension

In this role you will be required to: 

1. Virtually (using phone or Microsoft Teams) calling on school nurses, medical practices and medical institutions. 
2. You will be engaging school nurses, office/practice managers and nurse educators
3. Your responsibility will be to educate the office “point of contact” and school nurses on the availability of a rescue medication for patients with an underlying medical condition.
4. You will enter the information into the CRM (Salesforce Application) and send via fax or email a written copy of the update orders.
5. In some instances, it will require you to triage that customer to a field representative to follow-up on your engagement.
6. You will email and/or fax patient education material, clinical information and co-pay cards
7. You will be required to make 125-150 outbound phone calls per day

Experience preferred:

1. Knowledge of the inner workings of a medical office or hospital department
2. Customer service experience in a medical related field is preferred (i.e. pharmacy, medical office, medical insurance office, etc.)
3. Ability to work independently 35-40 hours per week
4. Ability to meet deadlines

Skills/Knowledge:

1. Knowledge of CRM (Veeva, Salesforce, etc.)
2. A general understanding of the EMR record keeping system
3. Strong understanding of the roles, responsibilities and workflow of a physicians practice.
4. Medical terminology
