The Role
Our client – a high-performance AI software scale-up – is seeking a world-class AI/ML Engineer to join their growing team in Miami. This is a unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of applied machine learning, building systems that push the boundaries of performance, scalability, and intelligent automation.
You’ll work directly on the core of the platform: training state-of-the-art models, building robust ML infrastructure, and developing tools to support large-scale experimentation and deployment. From day one, you’ll have a voice in the product and technical direction of the company.

What You’ll Bring
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field from a top-tier university
- Proven experience training and optimizing machine learning models at scale (e.g., deep learning, foundation models, reinforcement learning, etc.)
- Strong background in building ML infrastructure and tooling (e.g., pipelines, experiment tracking, distributed training)
- Proficient in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX
- Deep understanding of data workflows, model evaluation, and deployment best practices
- Passionate, tech-first mindset with a strong desire to build and iterate rapidly
