Role Description

GenPark is seeking a Web Engineer Intern for a full-time hybrid role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with the opportunity to work remotely part-time. In this role, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of web applications by collaborating with senior engineers and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include assisting in front-end and back-end development tasks, troubleshooting existing applications, and contributing to software development projects. You will have the chance to work in a dynamic environment and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Front-End Development, with a focus on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of Back-End Web Development and server-side programming
• Experience or coursework in Web Development, including building and maintaining Web Applications
• Understanding of Software Development principles and best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git is a plus
• Passion for learning new technologies and a keen interest in web innovation
