About the Role:

SM TECH LLC is hiring reliable Laborer Helpers to support ongoing construction and production operations at the LG Electronics plant in Clarksville, Tennessee. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals seeking stable, full-time work in a professional and safety-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and assemble pallet lifters that function like elevators to safely transport materials up to 2–3 stories high.
• Assist skilled trades and technicians with daily work on-site.
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Support production and installation tasks to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow supervisor instructions.
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and all company safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with bilingual team members (English/Spanish).

Requirements:

• OSHA 10 Certification (Required) ***
• Must pass a 10-Panel Rapid Drug Test at a designated testing location. ***
• Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude required.
• English and/or Spanish speaking (bilingual preferred).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Schedule & Details:

• Full-Time: 40+ hours/ week
• Location: Clarksville, Tennessee
• Shifts: Monday to Friday / 8AM – 5PM / with weekends for Overtime Pay.
• Pay: Starting at $20/hr
• Start Date: Immediate openings
