The Role

As VP of Supply, you’ll own the entire global supply ecosystem at Nuitée — from sourcing to performance and partnerships. You’ll lead the development of our supply network strategy across hotels and Hotel chains ensuring we deliver the most competitive and reliable product in the B2B travel space.

Reporting to the CEO, you will work cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, Engineering, and Data teams to expand, optimize, and differentiate our supply offering.

This is a pivotal role in the business: you will shape the foundation of our inventory strategy, grow our supply reach globally, and ensure we remain the most attractive platform for both buyers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

Strategic Supply Leadership

• Define and execute our global hotel supply strategy, balancing coverage, quality, and competitiveness.
• Own supplier segmentation, prioritization, and onboarding across chains and hotels.
• Identify white space and expand into new geographies, verticals, and content types.

Partnership & Commercial Execution

• Lead high-stakes negotiations with key chains and hotels , including commercial terms, performance metrics, and exclusivities.
• Establish strategic partnerships with top-performing partners to drive long-term value.
• Monitor supplier health, reliability, and fulfillment performance through data-driven dashboards.

Product Collaboration & Infrastructure

• Work closely with Sales and Operations to define roadmap for supplier connectivity, contracting tools, pricing rules, and content enrichment.
• Advocate for supplier needs in internal roadmapping – from performance analytics to self-serve tooling.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Impact

• Build and scale a high-performing Direct Supply Success team across regions.
• Drive alignment between Supply and Revenue teams to ensure demand-supply equilibrium and optimize booking conversion.
• Contribute to pricing, merchandising, and business model innovation alongside Finance and Product Marketing.

What We’re Looking For

• 12+ years of experience in direct supply strategy, partnerships, or inventory management in the travel, marketplace, or B2B SaaS space.
• Deep understanding of travel distribution models – B2B supply, dynamic pricing, contracts, rate mapping, extranet systems.
• Proven success in building global supply ecosystems and negotiating high-value partnerships.
• Experience leading supply and connectivity across APIs, ideally in a fast-paced scale-up or platform company.
• Strong leadership and communication skills – capable of aligning internal teams and building external trust.
• Highly analytical, with a data-informed approach to growth, coverage, and supplier performance.
• Comfortable navigating complex systems, integrations, and technical product topics.
• Bonus: experience working across different regions (LATAM, APAC, EMEA) and content types (hotels, packages, activities).
