Vice President, Global Process Optimization
Position Summary
The Vice President, Global Process Optimization is responsible for driving enterprise-wide efficiency by designing, standardizing, and continuously improving core business processes across global operations. This role focuses on eliminating inefficiencies, enhancing scalability, and aligning processes with strategic objectives. The position plays a critical role in enabling operational excellence and consistent execution across regions and functions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the global process optimization strategy aligned with business goals
Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks across business operations
Design and implement standardized, scalable processes across regions and functions
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using structured methodologies
Partner with operations, technology, finance, and business teams to drive process alignment
Establish and monitor KPIs related to efficiency, cycle time, cost reduction, and quality
Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance process performance
Ensure governance, documentation, and consistency of processes globally
Support change management efforts to ensure adoption of optimized processes
Build and lead a team focused on process excellence, analytics, and transformation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of experience in process optimization, operations, or continuous improvement roles
Strong expertise in process design, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency
Experience with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
Proven track record of driving large-scale process improvements across organizations
Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
