Warehouse Associate (Packing & Shipping) Full Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate specializing in Packing and Shipping to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accurate packing, labeling, and documentation. Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and order picker equipment to meet specified quantities and quality standards
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse
• Prepare shipments by labeling packages correctly, completing shipping & receiving documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Conduct quality control checks on packed items to verify accuracy and condition before dispatch
• Maintain organized storage of inventory through stocking and replenishment activities within the warehouse management system (WMS)
• Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and cycle counting to ensure stock accuracy
• Support warehouse distribution processes by coordinating with warehouse supervisors on order fulfillment priorities and resolving any discrepancies or issues promptly

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations including picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and materials handling
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for order picking and inventory tracking
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely and efficiently
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and packaging techniques
• Prior experience in warehouse supervision or leadership roles is a plus
• Physical capability for heavy lifting, load & unload tasks, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive movements
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control and accuracy in order fulfillment
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
