Woodworker Full Time NEW

We have an opportunity for an individual to join our woodworking & custom cabinetry company, ranging from skilled woodworking positions to entry-level production assistants. We work in a well-equipped shop producing high-end cabinetry and millwork in the Colorado Rockies.

Skilled position expectations: strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, joinery, and materials; willingness/eagerness to be part of a collaborative team of professionals; problem-solving skills to overcome challenges; experience safely operating a variety of woodworking machinery and hand tools; shows attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work; able to work independently and as part of a team; has excellent time management and organizational skills; is able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.

If you don’t have the experience described above but are highly trainable and coach-able as demonstrated by your past work experience and references, we’d love to talk to you to see if we’d be a good fit for you and you for us starting in a production assistant position.

We provide steady employment, work/life balance, flexible 40hrs/wk; collaborative and supportive work environment; wage based on actual skill & experience, range between $25 (inexperienced) – $35/hr (very experienced).
