About Us:
Best Chimney is a leading provider of chimney and masonry services, known for quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a skilled, motivated Masonry Supervisor to lead our masonry division and help drive project success.
Position Overview:
The Masonry Supervisor will oversee daily operations of masonry and chimney projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role combines hands-on leadership, project coordination, team development, and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage masonry and chimney projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Train and mentor masonry technicians to develop skills and maintain best practices
- Procure materials and coordinate timely delivery to job sites
- Masonry sales, including meeting with customers, assessing needs, and recommending solutions
- Supervise and support field employees, promoting a positive and productive work environment
- Troubleshoot service calls and resolve on-site challenges efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in masonry and/or chimney services
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with project management and job scheduling
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Valid driver’s license
