What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive office functions, including setting up and maintaining files, managing communications, and coordinating meetings and conferences.
• Review and refine documents for grammatical accuracy and clarity, ensuring all communications meet high standards.
• Act as a central point of contact, expertly fielding inquiries, providing referrals, and addressing questions related to office operations and established policies.
• Gather, compile, and report essential information to support leadership assignments and decision-making.
• Manage financial and logistical tasks such as preparing expense reports, processing purchase orders, and maintaining office supplies.
• Coordinate complex meeting, event, and travel arrangements, including calendar management, venue selection, catering, and materials delivery.
• Utilize online reservation systems to ensure cost-effective and convenient travel solutions, collaborating with travel partners as needed.
• Develop high-quality graphic and text presentations under tight deadlines, interpreting needs and organizing final documents for maximum impact.
• Prepare specialized reports by selecting and synthesizing relevant information from diverse sources.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

What You’ll Bring

**Required Skills & Experience:**

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience.

• PhD or Law degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or GED with 7 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in creating high-quality presentations and reports using various computer applications.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Experience coordinating complex logistics, including travel, meetings, and events.
