Location: Minneapolis, MN day 1 onsite

Must-Have Skills:
8+ years of professional software development experience
Strong expertise in Java
Proven experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (event-driven systems, messaging)
Solid experience with PostgreSQL
Experience building microservices and distributed systems
Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend integration patterns
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with Groovy
Prior experience in retail or e-commerce domain, especially marketplace platforms
Familiarity with post-purchase workflows (orders, fulfillment, returns, refunds)
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience with Google BigQuery for analytics or data processing
