Job Summary
We are hiring a Data Entry Analyst to support our growing operations team. This is an entry-level friendly role ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and comfortable working with data. The position involves entering, reviewing, and maintaining accurate information in company systems. Immediate hiring with multiple openings available.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into internal systems and databases
- Review data for accuracy and completeness
- Perform basic data analysis and generate simple reports
- Maintain organized digital records and files
- Assist with spreadsheets and documentation
- Identify and correct data errors
- Support administrative and operational teams as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, email)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- No prior experience required (training provided)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous data entry, admin, or office experience is a plus
- Familiarity with spreadsheets or reporting tools
