Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site and virtual role for a Project Management Assistant based in Fort Collins, CO. This role reports directly to Dani Grant, Mish Media Founder and Managing Partner. The Project Management Assistant will be responsible for supporting project coordination, assisting in tracking project timelines, maintaining communication with team members and clients, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. They will also contribute to organizing meetings, preparing reports, and supporting the project manager in administrative functions to ensure seamless execution of the companies internal objectives as well as client related projects. This is not a creative role, this is an admin role.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Interpersonal Communication Skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients
• Exceptional Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to evaluate project challenges and track progress effectively
• Experience with Project Coordination and Organizational Skills to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met – ASANA experience or similar software is required.
• Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, to convey project updates and provide clear directives
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
