Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Product Specialist who will be based on-site at our Beverly Hills, CA location. The Product Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers in understanding vehicle options, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional service. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering product presentations, offering test drives, and supporting customers throughout the purchase process. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of Lexus products and the ability to create a seamless and enjoyable customer journey.
