Job Description
The Vice President of Operations – Test and Measurement Equipment is responsible for leading FormFactor’s global Systems and Emerging Growth Business Unit manufacturing network, spanning multiple international sites and external manufacturing partners. This executive will drive operational excellence, ensure worldclass product quality, and build a scalable, resilient global footprint that supports the company’s growth in the semiconductor test and measurement systems market.
This role requires a strategic, hands-on operations leader with deep experience in multisite management, complex electromechanical manufacturing, external supply partnerships, and cross functional program execution.
