Responsibilities

• Perform mold removal using appropriate cleaning techniques, hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
• Utilize construction knowledge and restoration industry experience to properly contain affected areas and prevent cross-contamination
• Execute cleaning procedures for carpets, surfaces, and HVAC systems to eliminate mold spores and prevent future growth
• Follow safety protocols diligently while handling hazardous materials and operating power tools or hand tools
• Document all remediation activities accurately in reports and logs to ensure compliance with industry standards

• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized cleaning equipment effectively
• Familiarity with construction techniques relevant to property repair and remediation processes
• Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning and asbestos abatement when required

• Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients during projects
