2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Product Marketer is responsible for leading product marketing efforts for the Marketing Hub product. This role drives product launches, develops go-to-market strategies, and shapes product positioning for new and existing features. The position plays a key role in representing the product’s value to internal teams and external audiences, supporting adoption and sales growth through cross-functional collaboration and impactful marketing initiatives.
3. Responsibilities:
• Define positioning and value proposition for Marketing Hub features in collaboration with Product
• Own messaging, customer personas, and use cases
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates
• Lead launch planning including product naming, positioning, sales and customer service enablement, and communications
• Manage creation of diverse content such as written materials, videos, and presentations to support sales and marketing
• Maintain product positioning on web pages and sales enablement assets
• Serve as product expert and advocate internally and externally, including presenting at events
• Produce content that drives awareness and excitement, including case studies, playbooks, videos, demos, and white papers
4. Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of product marketing experience in SaaS or product-led growth technology
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams for go-to-market launches
• Strong storytelling skills with a customer-centric marketing approach
• Clear perspective on effective product positioning and launch strategies
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Comfortable presenting to executives and diverse audiences with strong writing ability
• Owner’s mindset with high accountability and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with the company’s product is a strong advantage
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Annual cash compensation range: $112,000—$168,000 USD
• Compensation includes base salary, on-target commission (if eligible), annual bonus targets, and potential equity in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)
• Individual packages are tailored based on skills, experience, and qualifications
