What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Oversee the outsourcing of the client’s Network Operations Center to a third party
- Create dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress
- Maintain thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and third-party vendors
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful outsourcing
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be process-oriented with a strong focus on efficiency
- Previous experience managing the outsourcing of functions to third parties (e.g., Infrastructure, Application, or Helpdesk)
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among teams
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations and project documentation
- Ability to work in the Eastern Time Zone

- Experience in project management within the software solutions industry
- Familiarity with Network Operations Centers and their functionalities
