2. About the Opportunity:
The Recruiting Coordinator supports recruiting and HR onboarding functions by managing the coordination of interviews, reference checks, applicant tracking system (ATS) maintenance, pipeline reporting, and onboarding processes. This role acts as the central point of contact across the organization, enhancing the recruitment experience and ensuring smooth hiring and onboarding operations. The position is key to maintaining efficient talent acquisition workflows and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
3. Responsibilities:
• Schedule phone/video interviews, onsite panels, and team debriefs
• Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone and video interviews
• Perform reference checks for final-stage candidates
• Identify and implement improvements to the candidate experience
• Maintain confidentiality in all recruiting matters
• Update candidate records and feedback in the ATS
• Administer the Greenhouse ATS, including job postings and data management
• Collaborate with People team on recruiting and talent strategies
• Partner with hiring managers through all hiring stages
• Conduct weekly onboarding sessions for new employees
4. Requirements:
• Experience as a recruiting coordinator, executive assistant, or scheduler
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Detail-oriented, self-starter with problem-solving skills
• Proficient in candidate screening and reference checks
• Skilled in Greenhouse ATS
• Proficient with Google Suite
• Familiar with Slack or similar collaboration tools
• Commitment to the organization’s mission and values
• Willingness to work Pacific Time Zone business hours
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The typical base salary range for this position is $70,000 – $80,000 per year. Pay will be determined by factors including work location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
