About the Role
The Clinical Support Coordinator role is critical to supporting the organization’s telemedicine mission. This full-time, remote position on the 2nd shift involves managing requests from client hospitals and physicians within a fast-paced, 24/7 virtual hospital environment. The coordinator ensures timely communication, supports consult preparation and dispatch, and provides technical and operational assistance to maintain efficient patient care delivery.
