The MillerKnoll Technology team is building a customer-centric, digitally enabled business model to reshape the way our family of brands does business. We’re creating frictionless customer experiences through digital solutions across our platforms. We need a Sr. Technical Analyst focused on the product data information (PIM) platform and product data ecosystem/processes to help us get there.
As Senior Technical Analyst you will be a key member of the Digital Product Team responsible for the technical requirements, business process mapping, configuration, and continuous improvement of the enterprise Product Information Management (PIM) system. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for the platform, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product data is accurate, complete, and delivered efficiently across all downstream channels. The ideal candidate brings deep technical knowledge of PIM systems, integration architecture, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable system configurations
