Vice President of Operational Excellence Full Time NEW

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Operational Excellence. The role involves leading and overseeing strategic initiatives to optimize manufacturing operations, implementing operational excellence frameworks, and driving innovation across processes. The Vice President will ensure seamless coordination of supply chain management functions, monitor key performance indicators, and collaborate with leadership teams to enhance overall efficiency. The ideal candidate is expected to identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices, and foster a culture of excellence within the organization.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Manufacturing Operations and Manufacturing Operations Management
• Proficiency in Operational Excellence and Operations Management principles
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management and process optimization
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale projects
• Exceptional problem-solving, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
• Experience in continuous improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
• Strong communication and leadership skills to drive a culture of excellence
• Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field is a plus
