What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints through written, telephonic, and face-to-face communication in a timely manner
• Prepare adjustments for services not properly processed, ensuring accurate follow-up and resolution
• Meet production, quality, and adherence standards while attending all required training sessions
• Maintain accurate records, including timekeeping and customer interactions
• Elevate issues to the next level of supervision as necessary

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism
• Capability to navigate through various systems and maintain composure in fast-paced environments

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in customer service within a call center environment
• Prior experience in a healthcare-related call center is strongly preferred
