What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide information about SNAP EBT transactions to customers
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints
• Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively
• Accurately document customer interactions and transactions across all tools/platforms
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as necessary

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual requirement: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal distractions
• Strong computer/technology skills to operate multiple windows and tabs while providing customer support

• Experience in a customer service role or similar position
