We’re building Blubub — a children’s wellness and bath culture brand focused on creating rituals, not just products.

We see Blubub as a children-first care ecosystem built around sensory experience, routines, emotional connection, refill systems, and thoughtful product design for both kids and parents.

The first product is a patent-pending modular dispenser system, but the larger vision extends into a broader category across kids wellness, bath, and daily rituals.

We’re currently assembling a small founding team around commercialization, fundraising, partnerships, and go-to-market.

This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable operating in ambiguity and enjoys helping shape the ecosystem around an early-stage consumer brand.

Backgrounds across fundraising, partnerships, business development, schools/community networks, consumer brands, wellness, or mission-driven organizations are all relevant.

Ideal background

• Experience with fundraising, partnerships, donor relations, investor relations, or business development
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to help build long-term strategic networks around a brand
• Comfortable working closely with founders in an early-stage environment
• Experience within wellness, family, education, community, or consumer-focused organizations is a plus
• Understanding of consumer brands, retail, or early-stage startups is helpful but not required
