Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an IT Support Officer. The IT Support Officer will be responsible for providing technical assistance to resolve hardware and software issues, troubleshooting technical challenges, and supporting employee IT needs. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with desktop computer setups, maintaining printer functionality, and addressing IT-related concerns to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting abilities
- Familiarity with Information Technology systems and tools
- Proficiency in supporting and maintaining Desktop Computers
- Experience with Printer Support and related devices
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Certification in IT-related fields or equivalent experience is a plus
