Position Overview:
We are strengthening our client’s accounting team and are looking to hire accounting talent with a strong focus in accounts receivable. Candidates may be considered for either a Staff Accountant or Senior Accountant level role depending on experience, scope of responsibility, and overall fit.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed accounting work, cares about accuracy, and wants to contribute to a growing organization with a meaningful patient-focused mission. These roles will support core accounts receivable activity, customer account accuracy, payment application, reconciliations, close support, audit readiness, and process improvement.
At the Staff Accountant level, this role will focus more heavily on transaction processing, documentation, customer account updates, reconciliations, and support for month-end close. At the Senior Accountant level, this role will carry greater ownership over AR aging, subledger to general ledger reconciliation, management reporting, account analysis, issue resolution, and process improvement.

Compensation will be aligned to experience level, scope of responsibility, and final role placement. The anticipated salary range for these opportunities is $75,000 to $130,000.

Note: This posting is intended to support hiring across multiple levels within the accounts receivable accounting function. Candidates with earlier-career accounting experience may be considered for a Staff Accountant level role, while candidates with deeper AR ownership, close support, reporting, reconciliations, and process improvement experience may be considered for a Senior Accountant level role. Final title, compensation, and scope will be determined based on experience and overall fit.
