Website Product Manager Full Time NEW

Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct a search for an experienced Website Product Manager for our client, a hardware–software combination company pushing technological boundaries in San Francisco, CA! This is a full-time, direct hire position offering a hybrid schedule in San Francisco. Los Angeles-based candidates will also be considered.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Own and drive the strategy, design, and performance of the website to maximize user engagement, conversion, and membership growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, branding, and UX teams to deliver a seamless, high-impact digital experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and own website roadmap, prioritizing features and experiments to improve conversion rates, retention, and membership sign-ups
• Manage backlog, sprint planning, and delivery in close partnership with engineering teams
• Lead A/B testing and data-driven experiments across landing pages, onboarding, and checkout flows
• Optimize site performance, load speeds, and ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience
• Design and communicate clear value messaging for membership tiers and user activation strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally on product launches, branding, and continuous website improvements

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-8 years of experience managing websites for high-growth SaaS or membership brands
• Proven expertise in experimentation (A/B testing, funnel optimization) and data analytics
• Experience managing or owning website features and user journeys with clear articulation of individual contributions
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering and marketing teams in fast-paced environments
• Detail-oriented, with good product aesthetic sense and a systems-thinking approach
• Demonstrated success working on high-impact websites for SaaS or membership-based brands preferred
• Experience with AI or enterprise software is a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

This full-time position offers an annual base salary range of $200-260k, commensurate with experience, in addition to performance bonuses and equity.
