Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Vice President at Larsen & Toubro Limited, Heavy Engg. Division. The Senior Vice President will provide strategic leadership, drive operational excellence, and oversee key business functions. Responsibilities include developing and executing high-level strategies, managing senior stakeholder relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring efficiency in team operations. The role requires exceptional decision-making skills and a strong ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in leadership roles, strategic planning, and organizational management
• Proficiency in financial planning, market analysis, and risk management
• Strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships and lead cross-departmental collaboration
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to drive innovation and execute large-scale engineering projects
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the electrical or electronic manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
