Eligibility & Data Entry Specialist Full Time NEW

• STEP** is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented **Eligibility & Data Entry Specialist** to support our Transportation Programs. This full-time position serves as a primary public contact and is responsible for customer registration, eligibility verification, accurate data entry, and reporting.

*KEY DUTIES*

• Answer high-volume phone calls regarding trip reservations and program inquiries
• Register customers and verify eligibility for MATP, Lottery, and PWD programs
• Enter, review, and correct data in automated information systems
• Maintain electronic and paper records accurately and confidentially
• Generate reports and perform quality control checks
• Educate customers on transportation sponsorship options
• Reconcile daily and monthly reports and ensure compliance with procedures

*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*

• High School Diploma or GED
• One (1) year of office and data entry experience
• Strong communication, proofreading, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
• Preferred:*** Experience with shared-ride transportation or eligibility programs

*ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS*

• Ability to pass required PA background clearances
• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
• Flexibility with work schedules and required training
