About Outwater Industries: Outwater Industries is a family-owned company established in 1972 and a leading distributor of more than 65,000 architectural, decorative, and building products, including moldings, cabinet hardware, plastic extrusions, and specialty components. We serve commercial and retail customers nationwide, including through Amazon. Our recently expanded Wilkes-Barre warehouse supports our growing operations, and we are looking for a skilled logistics professional to help optimize our Amazon FBA channel.

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Amazon FBA Logistics Coordinator to join our Wilkes-Barre warehouse team. You will manage FBA logistics end-to-end, maintaining optimal inventory levels between our warehouse and Amazon fulfillment centers while preparing new products for shipment. The ideal candidate has proven experience in a wholesale or retail environment that sells through Amazon FBA, a solid understanding of Seller Central workflows, and the ability to drive efficiency and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and label products for Amazon orders in compliance with platform standards
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels between our Wilkes-Barre warehouse and Amazon FBA to optimize sell-through rates and avoid unnecessary storage fees and other FBA charges.
• Manage the full preparation process for new products (from start to finish) to be sent into Amazon FBA as requested by management, including receiving, labeling, packaging, and shipment coordination.
• Utilize Amazon Seller Central’s FBA modules and workflows for inventory management, shipment creation, performance monitoring, and reporting.
• Monitor FBA metrics and collaborate with management to adjust strategies for maximum efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon’s FBA requirements and internal processes.
• Support additional warehouse logistics tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA logistics, inventory replenishment, and shipments (ideally on the seller/wholesale or retail side, not just as an Amazon warehouse associate).
• NetSuite (or similar ERP) experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational/communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a warehouse setting.
• Self-motivated team players who can work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (required).
• Proven experience preparing products from start to finish for FBA shipment (receiving, labeling, packaging, bundling, and coordinating inbound shipments).
• A proven understanding of the aspects of Amazon Seller Central that are needed to set up inbound shipments and purchase shipping labels.
• Understanding of setting up LTL shipments to Amazon from a retailer’s warehouse is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
