We are looking for a finance and operations professional to help us scale our operations and elevate how we run source-to-pay at Netflix. The Finance Procurement Operations (FPO) team supports Netflix’s Source-to-Pay processes – how we source, procure, and pay our partners around the world. Within FPO, the Strategic Operations team is a strategic thought partner to leaders; we drive alignment across FPO, project-manage big cross-functional bets, drive impact and results, and help prioritize the FinTech and engineering work that powers our operations.
We’re looking for a Program Analyst to help us scale how we work.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a solid understanding of the S2P workflow, experience in project management, a process-innovation mindset, and a passion for developing strong cross-functional relationships. This position will be based in our Los Angeles office and report to the Strategic Operations Manager.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $165,000.00 – $260,000.00.
